We want you to love our COVER ME ACTIVE products as much as we loved designing them for you! If you are not happy with any of your purchases please let us know.
If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with an item purchased from Cover Me Active, simply return it to us within 14 days, and we will happily provide an exchange or refund, in accordance with the following policy.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with no sign of wear, and in their original packaging, with all swing tags intact and attached. Please complete the enclosed returns form and return with your item(s) to the address below. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure items are returned to us: we recommend using trackable registered post. Unfortunately we cannot accept any liability for goods returned by unregistered post. Shipping costs are incurred by the purchaser and are unfortunately non-refundable except in the instance that a product is deemed to be faulty.

Cover Me Active are more than happy to refund any full priced item that is returned to us in accordance with the conditions above. Refunds are processed directly back to the account/card used for the original purchase.
Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on items purchased on sale.
Cover Me Active will gladly assist you with exchanging garments for an alternative size or color, where available. Please note that stock is limited and we may not always be able to provide the requested exchange. In this instance, we will contact you to arrange an exchange or refund in accordance with our refund policy.
Cover Me Active cannot refund any duties or taxes levied by your country and incurred as a result of purchasing our products, please contact your local Customs government department for details of how to recover these costs.
We prides ourselves on our superior quality products. If you believe that an item you have purchased has a manufacturing fault, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. Our quality control team will assess the garment, and if it is deemed to have a manufacturing fault, we will gladly organize a repair, replacement or refund, at our discretion. Personal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault. Generally manufacturing faults will be apparent within the first couple of wears. We will happily provide a means of return postage for faulty purchases.
